Our shop is on the Rooted Farmers platform, place orders online for delivery or pick-up.

Getting Started:

1. Apply for a free wholesale buyer profile on Rooted Farmers
2. Connect with California Bay Flower Collective

Ordering:

3. Shop our online store on Wednesdays at 3pm. Browse flowers from all our member farms in one place
4. Place your order by the deadline:
Friday midnight → Monday delivery
Sunday midnight → Wednesday delivery or Thursday pick-up

Get Your Flowers:

5. Delivery: Mondays or Wednesdays (Delivery minimum is $100 and availability/fees depend on location.)
6. Pick-up: Wednesdays 10am-1pm (Berkeley) or Thursdays (at farm locations - see map below).

All flowers are harvested fresh to order and you will receive the flowers in one single order!

We love working with florists and shops to get the flowers you need for your events. We will do our very best to harvest at the perfect time, work with you on your color palettes and introduce you to new and exciting varieties that you may not have seen before!

Please fill out our Advanced Request form to submit a pre-order with us. We ask that you submit this at least two weeks before the requested fulfillment date. We will process and confirm your orders through our ordering platform, Rooted Farmers.
